Arrival
Greetings, I made it to London! The plane ride was not even a third as bad as it was to New Zealand so that's good. Yes, my first sentence in my London blog and I've already mentioned New Zealand (oops)! Anyways, my host family is very nice. Susana (the mother) took me around Ealing yesterday to show me where the tube is located and several stores I may like. We also bought a 5£ Samsung phone for me, it doesn't quite measure up to my iPhone. The tube is an underground railroad station that goes throughout London, it is really simple to navigate and miraculously I think I got it down already. But, while going to meet up with Emily yesterday I accidentally got off on the wrong stop and ended up on Oxford Street. This was bad news, soooo many stores!! Don't worry mum (hehe) I only went into one and only bought a pair of black flats. But I will for sure be returning. Last night I watched The Apprentice (UK version) with Izzy (Hunter's daughter) and then went to bed around ten. I was extremely tired after a long day of traveling. Today we have a meeting at 1pm and then the rest of the day to do whatever. Hopefully tomorrow's blog will be more interesting. Cheers!
